IT’S LAYERS OF CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS, THEN A LAYER OF SAUTEE’D ZUCHINI, THEN A LAYER OF RICOTTA AND FETA CHEESE, THEN A LAYER OF SAUTEE’D  CARROTS. INSTEAD OF A TOMATO SAUCE, WE USE A FABULOUS LIGHT CREAM SAUCE!!! THIS DISH IS SO DELICIOUS I PROMISE EVERYONE WILL LOVE IT!!! IT HASN’T FAILED ME YET!!

THIS IS A TOMATO BASED SAUCE WITH BIG, FAT CHUNKS OF CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE, JUST A SMALL KICK OF SPICE WITH SOME HINTS OF SUGAR TO BACK IT UP. IT’S SERVED OVER WHITE RICE. WARNING: THIS REALLY COULD MAKE YA SLAP SOMEBODY. IT’S JUST THAT DANG GOOD. FULL WARNED IS FAIR WARNED IS WHAT MY MAMA ALWAYS TOLD ME!!! TELL’EM CONNIE!!

OMG, YOU GOTTA GET SOME CORNBREAD TO GO WITH THIS TOO. CHUNKS OF CHICKEN AND GREEN BELL PEPPER IN THIS ROUX-BASED STEW. JUST OVER-THE-TOP, DOWN-HOME HOUMA GIRL COOKIN!!!
