OK REALLY….. YOU REALLY DON’T NEED ME TO TELL YOU ABOUT THIS?!? IT HAS CREOLE IN THE TITLE, SO YOU KNOW IT’S GOOD!! THIS IS A TOMATO BASED SAUCE WITH BIG, FAT CHUNKS OF CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE, JUST A SMALL KICK OF SPICE WITH SOME HINTS OF SUGAR TO BACK IT UP. IT’S SERVED OVER WHITE RICE. WARNING: THIS REALLY COULD MAKE YA SLAP SOMEBODY. IT’S JUST THAT DANG GOOD. FULL WARNED IS FAIR WARNED IS WHAT MY MAMA ALWAYS TOLD ME!!! TELL’EM CONNIE!!

OH CHILD, IF YOU HAVEN’T HAD THIS, I ASK YOU AS NICE AS I CAN….. WHAT’CHA WAITIN’ ON BEBE?!?! THIS IS CAJUN FRENCH OF CHICKEN STEW. IT’S A BIT THICKER THAN STEW THOUGH AND SERVED OVER WHITE RICE!!! OMG, YOU GOTTA GET SOME CORNBREAD TO GO WITH THIS TOO. CHUNKS OF CHICKEN AND GREEN BELL PEPPER IN THIS ROUX-BASED STEW. JUST OVER-THE-TOP, DOWN-HOME HOUMA GIRL COOKIN!!!
